From August 15th to September 8th, Club Marriott bring to you a month long culinary journey making its debut at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, followed by Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast and Sheraton Melbourne Hotel.
Helmed by Chef Taufik, hailing from the iconic The Laguna, Luxury Collection Hotel, Bali – this event will feature authentic Indonesian dishes and flavors using fresh regional ingredients. Fan favourites include Kalio Udang; Braised prawn in turmeric, ginger and garlic sauce and Ayam Kecap; Sauteed Chicken with leek, onion, red chilli and sweet soy sauce. Guests will also enjoy Sheraton’s Seafood Buffet with a twist, showcasing the colourful cuisine of the popular South Asian Country.
